I’ve got an MFA from UC Riverside’s Palm Desert Low Residency MFA which means I can give and recieve feedback with the best of them. I’ve got a slightly stale Master of Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary from my old life that’s surprisingly useful for writing fiction and teaching. Even before all that I got a BA in English Language Literature From UC Santa Cruz. Yes, I’ve kissed a banana slug. No, I didn’t hallucinate.

I am an adjunct professor teaching creative writing at universities around San Diego including Point Loma Nazarene University and John Paul The Great Catholic University.
